Resist-A-Ball Peak Athletic Conditioning
This challenging and fun workshop will improve dynamic balance, core stabilization and muscular strength and endurance for total body conditioning. Peak Athletic Conditioning with Resist-A-Ball is designed for the physically active, with previous ball experience, who want to improve their recreational sports performance and reduce the risk of injury by using more advanced ball exercises.

Raise the Bar with Resist-A-Ball

When you combine the Resist-A-Ball with the easy to grip soft medicine balls, you get unique strength training applications that challenge the core, upper and lower body. One arm manoeuvres, release and catch techniques and simple mind-body movements will be incorporated with the dynamic Resist-A-Ball.

Resist-A-Ball Latin Style (replaces Lovaball Latin Low)
Combine Latin music and moves with the fun of the ball and you’re ready for a fiesta. Learn how to sequence Latin footwork with complimentary arm and ball moves and let the rhythm move you in this calienté cardio class. Have a ball Latin-style! You’ll love it!

Follow the Bouncing Ball
Cardio with the ball has never been so much fun! Try some new movement variations that will get you sweating and having a blast with the ball. Different styles of movement from athletic to dance will be included to give you lots of new ideas.

Resist-A-Ball® Cardio Strength Intervals
Description: Experience the fun of taking the Resist-A-Ball® to new dimensions that combine aerobic moves and strength exercises in intervals, resulting in a great workout. The rhythmic cardio movements will elevate the heart rate with challenging strength work that emphasizes core training. This calorie-burning, muscle-conditioning session will open your mind to the creative possibilities that Resist-A-Ball® offers.

Having a Ball with Resist-A-Ball®
Description: This all new cardio session with Resist-A-Ball® is one that will inspire you to move! Loaded with athletic, dance movement that is unique and challenging, this calorie-burning workout will increase your balance, coordination and endurance like never before. The combination of traditional hi/low aerobics with the Resist-A-Ball® offers you a program that will seem like play, and gives you the strong, lean body you desire. Tired of the same old cardio moves? This creative easy-to-learn choreography will have you screaming for more!

Yoga with the Ball
Objective: This workout combines the discipline of hatha yoga with the Resist-A-Ball. Yoga and the ball are similar in that they both emphasize stability training, core strength and all-over body conditioning. Learn how to use the ball as a prop to deepen your yoga practice with the added benefit of total spinal traction and balance challenges. Let the Resist-A-Ball help you reach and roll into new and appropriate positions for your level.

Dynamic Stretch with Resist-A-Ball
The dynamic nature of the ball encourages fluidity and rhythm in active stretching that results in muscle balance, stress reduction, and total relaxation. Experience positions that are unique to the ball and achieve improved flexibility and neuromuscular motor learning. Slow, controlled movements that heighten postural awareness, spinal stabilization and trunk strengthening are emphasized in this session. This may give you the variety you are looking for in your program.

BOSU Strength
Let’s get you and your participants totally pumped using the BOSU with or without additional resistance.  Find out how to challenge the body by creating overload with supersets, variable rhythms, and slow reps. Throw in some stability and balance moves and you’ve got a class that’ll pump you up. Emphasis will be placed on integrating core stability and mobility into the workout.

Equipment needed: BOSU Balance Trainer, BodyBar and/or dumbbells

More For The Core
There never seems to be enough variations for core training, with people always wanting more. Learn variations in movements that both isolate and integrate the core both on and off of the BOSU balance trainer. Exercises will focus on either spinal mobility or stability. Rhythm and timing of the movement will also be addressed.

Let’s get you wired into this interval type total body circuit, alternating simple, athletic step patterns with muscle conditioning moves using hand weights. There is no better way to have an efficient and effective complete workout. Get turned on to total step with some high voltage fun.

Step: Then and Now
Description: This session highlights some of the differences between where step started from and where it is heading. We'll combine classic moves with newer variations and add power to some of today's rhythmic variations. You'll come away with many new ideas to appeal to all of your participants.

Up, Down and All Around

Maximum Low’d
Are you ready to take your low to the max? Learn how to maximize your classes with low impact choreography that is neither low intensity nor low energy. We will sample some moves from athletic, Latin, power and traditional low impact styles. You will come away from this workshop with fresh ideas and teachable moves.
